The diet can be continued for as long as it takes for you to reach the ideal weight.
A slice of cake, a chocolate bar, a cookie…these are all small treats we need from time to time to help us relax and gain energy. But soon these small treats deposit themselves as an unpleasant layer of fat. What can we do? The answer is simple: a diet. You should not forget that your health is more important than any diet, and that even a low calory one should contain the necessary nutrients.
Here is a weight loss program that helps you lose around 15 kg in 2 months ( maybe more or maybe less in each individual case), but its main advantage is that it protects your health:
Breakfast is always the same: one fruit (orange, grapefruit, kiwi), two boiled eggs, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar.
Lunch
Day 1: a slice of wheat bread, 50 g of lean chicken meat and a raw salad with olive oil.
Day 2: 200 g of grilled or boiled chicken breast, a two tomato salad, a large cucumber, a large pepperand olive oil.
Day 3: 100 g of lean chicken meat, a slice of wheat bread and 150 g of boiled celery.
Day 4: 150 g of grilled or boiled beef, cabbage salad with vinegar and pepper.
Day 5: 200 g of lean fish meat, grilled or boiled, and a green salad with lemon and olive oil.
Day 6: 200 g of boiled chicken breast, 100 g of boiled celery and a carrot, the juice of one lemon and a tea spoon of oil.
Day 7: 400 g of grilled chicken breast, tomato and cucumber salad, a pepper and olive oil.
Dinner
Day 1: 1 boiled egg, a fruit, a tomato, tea.
Day 2: 200 g spinach, 150 g joghurt with 0,1% fat content, an apple, tea.
Day 3: 100 g cottage cheese or 150 g lean joghurt with 200 g of polenta, tea, an apple.
Day 4: a boiled egg, a grapefruit, a tea.
Day 5: a slice of wheat bread, 100 g of cottage cheese, a grean onion, a few olives, an apple and a tea.
Day 6: a slice of wheat bread with 50 g of lean ham, an apple and tea.
Day 7: 1 hard boiled egg, a green salad and a cucumber.
The diet can be continued for as long as it takes for you to reach the ideal weight. No other foods should be included and you should drink at least two liters of water, tea or home made lemonade per day
Exercise is also a requirement. If you can’t have workouts, you should at least go for fast walks.
